      Hi Mercy, you can prepare it the same way you do with normal beans. Eg, for moimo, akara and even make your own soya bean milk. Check our ''drink recipes'' above for steps 🙂

    Hello!Thanks a lot for the amazing work you do here! God bless you. Could you pls add a recipe for snails? I came upon them and bought n cleaned them yesterday but now I have no idea what to do with them as I couldn't find a single recipe here which used escargot! I anxiously wait,thanks…Mrs E.

      Try adding it to nigerian soups. I goes very well with bitter leaf soup, afang soup, edikang ikong . You can also make the pepper sauce recipe and mix with cooked snails to get peppered snails. Hope this was helpful, I'll be having more recipes up soon.
