Nigerian Sausage Rolls roll ingredients:
For the sausage rolls dough
• 700gr All purpose Flour
• 1 ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 250g cold butter or Margarine
• 1/4 teaspoon Salt
• ½ teaspoon Baking Powder
• 125ml or 1/2cup milk or Cool Water
• 1 raw medium-sized egg

For the nigerian sausage roll filling you'll need
• 450gr sausage hot dog sausage
• 1 raw medium-sized egg
• 1/4 cup breadcrumbs(optional
• 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon black pepper 
• ½ teaspoon of ground Nutmeg
• ½ teaspoon thyme
• 1 stock cube or 1 tablespoon full stock powder
