Ingredients for fried turkey wings
15 pieces turkey wings
2 tablespoons curry powder
2 tablespoons dry thyme
1 tablepoon dry rosemary(optional)
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg
5 to 6 cubes chicken seasoning
1 medium onion bulb
3 garlic cloves
1 thumb ginger

You can either serve  smothered in curry gravy or in your favorite deep or sauce of choice.
This is a classic for Haitans, Nigerians and Ghanians, but can be prepared and enjoyed by anyone .
