Quick and easy chicken and vegetable wrap
that is not only healthy, but tasty and satisfying
Here’s one healthy, easy fat burning meal + belly fat burner drink that helps me achieve my weight loss goals. It’s a quick and easy recipe loaded with vitamins and nutrients.
Ingredients for Chicken and Veggie wrap:
For the chicken
– 100 grams of chicken
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp turmeric
– 1 tsp of garlic powder and dried parsley
– 1/2 tsp chili pepper
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– Salt (to taste)
For stir-frying
-half of a small red onions
– chicken seasoning or maggi
For the tortilla wrap
– Lettuce
– Carrots
– Bell peppers
– Onions
– Chicken
– Mayonnaise
– Ketchup
How to make Chicken and Veggie wrap:
1. Cut the chicken into thin strips and place in a dish
2. To the chicken, add the onion powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder and dried parsley, chili pepper, soy sauce and Salt (to taste). Mix well until combined and leave to marinade for 10 minutes to 1hr , depending on how much time you have .
3. Slice the onions and set aside.
4. Heat up about 3 tablespoons vegetable oil in a pan and add the sliced onions. Fry until the onions is softened , then take out of the frying pan.
5. Add the marinated chicken into the pan and stir fry for 10 minutes. Add chicken seasoning and salt to taste, mix well and scoop out the stir fried chicken into a dish.
6. Place the tortilla wrap on a flat surface or plate, add the lettuce, sliced Carrots, sliced Bell peppers, fried Onions, stir-fried Chicken, Mayonnaise and Ketchup.
7, Roll up the tortilla bread, serve and enjoy.
